    Nakamura Flashstepped next to her Lieutenant. She was near death through loss of blood.

    The Captain quickly found her arm grabbed it and brought it back to her body. Her body burned with a Golden flame, reaching nearly as high as the buildings surrounding them as she channeled as much spiritual Pressure into reviving her fallen best friend!

    "Come on Nanako! you ain't dying here not like this!"

    Something. Weird.

    Like... being pushed off balance. And being tugged back. By the same person. A rude jolt and a kindly yank. Hard to distinguish, but it's there.

    Kind of the difference between a kiss of life and a kiss.

    Big. Cold. Void. She could feel her fingers, weirdly, but she couldn't control them. They flexed and contracted but didn't obey her commands.

    "Ah..."

    I'm dead, aren't I?

    A bright light.

    Death feels...

    "Nice. Uh? Ai-chan?"

    "Oh Nanako, you made it through! Don't you dare do that to me again!" Nakamura said to her dear friend. She put her arms around her Vice Captain and helped her to a seated position, then gave her a massive hug.

    She then composed herself remembering her duty.

    "Right we have to get you back to the Seireitei and have Yonbatai Taicho have a look at those wounds! But first."

    Nakamura stood up and re-sealed Hibiki, for a breif second she dissappeared, when she had returned she was holding the young spirit girl in her Arms. She lifted the spell keeping her unconsious and looked down on her with a shoothing smile as she placed her on her feet.

    "I know tonight has been scary, but I'm going to send you to safe place, you'd probably call it heaven, but it's actually called Soul Society. Don't be afraid you'll be safe there and no more creatures like the ones tonight will be able to hurt you there!" it probably didn't matter what Nakamura said to the girl, her friendly face and soothing tone of voice put the child at ease. Nakamura placed the end of her Zanpakuto on the child's forehead and she dissappeared into a pool of light as a butterfly flew off into the night.

    "Right Nana-chan it's our turn!"

    She picked up her Lieutenant putting Takara's arm around her neck. She then thrust her Zanpakuto into mid-air where it disappeared. She twisted it and commanded.

    "Unlock"

    The Senkaimon opened and the pair followed the two hell butterfly back to Soul Society.
